We accept returns only for:

* Defective items
* Incorrect product received

To be eligible for a return:

* The request must be made within **48 hours** of delivery
* The product must be unused and in its original packaging
* Proof of purchase and unboxing video/photos may be required

## 2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

* Used products
* Minor color or finish variations due to screen differences
* Customized or made-to-order items
* Sale or discounted products

## 3. Refunds

Once your return request is approved and the product is inspected:

* Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
* The refund may take **5–7 business days** to reflect in your account

If the return is rejected after inspection, the product may be shipped back to you.

* Photos/videos of the product
* Unboxing video (if available)

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
